PRODUCTS:
All items bought from ethereal ears are completely handmade to order. This means that the items you recieve may differ slightly in shape, size, and colour to the product photos on this website. The products you recieve may also have slight imperfections, such as tiny cracks on the clays surface, or very minor colour inconsistencies. This is to be expected when all items are made entirely by hand. However, these imperfections are barely noticible especially when worn.
Although, if the quality of any of the items you recieve are not up to your expected quality, please contact me using the information at the bottom of this page.
SHIPPING/DISPATCH INFORMATION:
All items are made to order. Because of this the time it takes me to dispatch an order can vary. Usually it takes 1-2 weeks for any given order to be dispatched. Occasionally however, this time frame extends due to varying circumstances, but you will be contacted if this occurs. Please understand that this is due to the fact that I currently study full-time as well as work part-time. I also, like everyone else, require time to socialise and take breaks from working.
I ship all of my parcels using AusPost. The time it takes for Auspost to ship your orders is unfortunately out of my hands. If you require your parcel to be delivered before a certain date please contact me before you place your order. I can arrange for your order to be delivered by an express shipping method, and if possible I can try to get your order dispatched earlier than usual.
